Wanting to avoid the cost, time, headache, and heartache of litigation For parents/families already immersed in court/litigation:
- Dr. Kathleen offers Practice Notes 7 & 8, Mediation, and Parent Coordination services.
The following steps are required to set up this type of service:
- Initial consultation with all Counsels to determine purpose, scope, and parameters of intervention or assessment.
- Receipt of retainer in the amount of 80% of estimated cost of services. Forensic rate of $450/hour.
- Signed and filed Court Order naming Dr. Kathleen Kelava as the Parenting Expert appointed to conduct these services.
- After these steps are successfully completed, intake sessions with parties are booked.
